Getting started
BitDash is a technology platform that connects you with flows to buy, sell, and swap crypto using third-party payment and liquidity partners. Create an account, complete verification when prompted, then use Buy, Sell, or Swap from the navigation menu.
For large sizes or tailored execution, see Private OTC.
Buying crypto
Open Buy crypto, choose your fiat currency and amount, pick the asset you want, and select a payment method. You will see an indicative quote before you continue to sign in and complete checkout with our partners.
Processing time depends on the payment method (for example, card vs bank transfer). Check the processing note shown next to each method on the buy page.
Selling crypto
On Sell crypto, select the asset and network, enter how much you want to sell, choose the fiat currency you want to receive, and pick a payout method supported for that currency.
Limits and availability vary by asset and payout rail. If an option is unavailable, try another currency or method listed for your region.
Swapping crypto
Swap crypto lets you convert one supported asset into another. Enter the amount you are sending, choose the asset you pay with and the asset you receive, and review the estimated output before continuing.
Rates are indicative and can change with market conditions; the final rate is confirmed at checkout.
Verification (KYC)
We may ask you to verify your identity to meet compliance requirements and protect your account. This usually involves submitting ID and a selfie or liveness check. Status and next steps appear in your dashboard under Verification.

Fees and quotes
Total cost can include payment-processor fees and platform components, depending on the product and method you choose. Quotes on the site are indicative; always review the final summary before you confirm a transaction.
Crypto displayed prices may use live market data; stablecoins are quoted in a way that keeps small display amounts predictable where applicable.
Security and your account
Use a strong, unique password and enable any extra security options offered in your account. Be cautious of phishing: BitDash will not ask for your password or full seed phrase by email or chat.
When logged in, open Security in your dashboard, and read our Risk Summary for investment risks.
Contact support
If you need help with an order, account access, or verification, contact us using the details in the site footer (for example support@bitdash.app). Include your registered email and a short description of the issue.
Logged-in users can also use Support in the dashboard when available.
